Hello crafty friends, Jani here to show you a masculine card I made using
Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays
&
Frantage Mica Flakes
Mica Flakes are easy to use and add a big impact.
They are applied the same way you would add glitter, but they do not make as big of a mess as glitter does.
If you apply glue and sprinkle them directly to the card,
you get a natural looking uneven line.
If you prefer a straight line, simply adhere the flakes to cardstock or chipboard and rub the edges or cut them.
Notice the beautiful shimmer in the background?
That particular color combo was discovered by happy accident.
You can watch the video below to see how I made the card.
Here is a list of the supplies I got from
LSG spray - Cowabunga Copper
LSG spray - Smoky Sapphire
LSG spray - Tibetan Poppy Teal
LSG spray - Treasure Island Aqua
You can drop by my blog to get details about the elk cut file and pattern.
I hope you enjoyed the card and video.
I promise you will really like trying these products out.
Love all the texture and dimension you get with the flakes, just lovely.
