Boxed Memories

I love to be thrifty and go through charity shops (thrift stores) and came across some old VHS cases and thought oooh I can use that, so I decided to see if I could convert it into a
mini album. It was sooo much fun.
I used the Kaisercraft Enchanted Garden Bundle And the Enchanted Garden 6 1/2 x 6 1/2" Pad
along with some May Arts ribbon trim. I love the soft colours in this collection and the name called to me as well lol.
I have such a big stash and thought I had better use some of it so I included some charms that came from one the
charm bags from Scrapadabadoo I received some time ago. Fairies and mushrooms were in it so they fit with the theme of the book very well.
On the spine of the box I made an accordion
fold to hold 3 envelopes 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" and folded tags to insert. The die I used is Cottage Cutz Wishing well . I love this die as it has lots of areas to alter. I used the brickwork part of it as a stencil with modelling paste. I am sure I will someday use the wee bucket beside a cottage door, and the bottom of the well can be extended as a wall. I do like to make the most of the things I have and to use them in different ways.
Be sure and visit again especially
Thursday where the delightful Wendy will be posting her first DT design.
I love, love, love fairies and this came out so pretty! Thanks for sharing.
