Holy Smokes!! I can not believe it has been such a long time since I have posted anything. I guess time just flies by and then we wonder what happened to all that free time we though we had. I know I start each morning out with my to do list and then somehow the list gets lost, and by the time I find it again, I have done a thousand things but not one of them was on my list. Humm, maybe it's time to do away with the list, or find a way to attach it to my forehead so it can always be found!
I had mentioned a couple of times in the chat that it might be fun to have those that are interested, make up some little thank you cards, sign them on the back (and add your location too), and send them off to me to include in our orders. It would be kinda like a swap, except, there is no set number, and you would get different ones back when you placed an order. If your interested in doing this then e mail me and I will get you the address to send them to. Most of the cards I send out are about 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 and I do have a ton of envelopes for them if you want to send them with out. You can make them any size you want as long as they are not full size cards, as I would run out of things to write in them !! I have had three people send cards to me already,
so when you get your order, look on the card and see who they are from!! My e mail is scrapadabadoo@comcast.net.
We have now gotten in the last order that we will ever place with Memory Box.
Barrie and I have made a business decision to no longer carry their product in the store once the current inventory is depleted. We have come to this decision due to the fact that we take pride in our customer service, and hold the manufactures we order from to that same level of excellence. When a company continues to treat you like they are doing you a favor by taking your money, are unwilling to answer questions with out treating you like you are stupid, and belittle you each time you place an order for one reason or another, then it is time to call it quits. Our money is better spent with a manufacture, such as Cottage Cutz, who is not only willing to design dies around the ideas that Barrie has, but is also willing to bend over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. I know this will be a huge relief to Barrie, as she has been the one to take the brunt of it and it makes her ill to have to deal with them. I can imagine how many of you would have dumped us if we were to have that kind of service !!
Anyway, just thought should know, so that if there were any of their dies you were wanting to get, now would be the time to do it before they are gone from the store for good.
Hope you all have a great week and that you find your self with ink on your fingers,
and glue on everything else !!
Blessings Carol
So, sorry to hear that but understand competely!
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if you could post the thank you cards you get for those of us who are unlucky to receive one.

Thanks Carol for the info on Memeory Keepers dies. Always good to know if a company is good to their clients or not. I do not like to do business with those that treat you as if you don't matter. After all without us they wouldn't have a business. I have heard alot of bad things recently about Tim Holtz's Vagabond machine. Guess Sizzix's customer service refuses to stand behind the machine or honor the warrantee on it so cut that from my wish list also. Thank you ladies for your outstanding service. We always know we can count on you.
